Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables are NOT allowed to be stored. No non operable vehicles.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No long term commitment here! We rent on a month-to-month basis unless you request otherwise.
What type of information do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A goverment-issued photo ID. You may be asked to provide proof of ownership on vehicles.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We request a 10 day notice. Rent will not be prorated.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can, or we sell locks in the office for your convenience!
Is the facility secure?
Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, fenced with individual access code entry AND a manager who lives on site.
