How do I rent a Storage Unit?

Renting a unit is simple! You can easily reserve your storage unit online or visit our office. Our friendly staff will help you choose the right unit and set you up in no time.

What type of information do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

A government-issued photo ID is required. Additionally, you may need to provide proof of ownership for vehicles.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You can bring your own lock, or, for your convenience, we sell locks in the office!

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Insurance is not mandatory; however, we strongly recommend protecting your belongings with coverage. You can either purchase insurance through us or provide proof of your own.

Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables are NOT allowed to be stored. No non operable vehicles.

Are my items safe and secure at Valley Rose Storage?

Yes, your security is our top priority! Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance,  fenced with individual access code entry AND a manager who lives on site.

Are there any additional fees or charges?

There are no hidden fees! Our pricing is straightforward, and we’ll outline any charges during the rental process. Be sure to ask about available promotions or discounts.

What if I need to cancel my storage rental?

We request a 10 day notice. Rent will not be prorated.
